Century V City Plan
September 30, 2009 - The City of Charleston is updating the city’s comprehensive plan known as the Century V Plan. This plan will provide overall guidance for the city for the next decade in terms of growth and development. Public meetings are being held to provide the public the opportunity to participate in crafting the updated plan.
