Meet Cordon Bleu-trained chef and award-winning food writer Holly Herrick at the Preservation Society of Charleston's Book & Gift Shop on Friday, April 9, 2010 from 2:00-4:00pm as she signs her new cookbook, The Charleston Chef's Table: Extraordinary Recipes from the Heart of the Old South.
